MOVIE REVIEW: THE CONJURING 2

Everyone has their own favourite movie. So I would like to share my favourite movie and I will write a review about it. My favourite movie is The Conjuring 2.

              

           The Conjuring 2 is directed by James Wan and stars Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson. The Conjuring 2 is an excellent horror movie and just a flat out great movie in general. From the camera-work to the performances this movie delivers on all fronts. The plot follows a family in poverty in Einfield,England that start experiencing strange happenings in their home. After things become much worse over a period of time The Warrens are contacted to come and help. This is a very scary movie thanks to James Wan's direction from lingering and tracking shots he is truly a master behind the camera. The scares come quite often as scenes will linger and bring a huge sense of tension and get you when your not expecting it bringing some very frightening scenes. Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilsons performances are excellent as you buy into their relationship and learn some lessons on marriage. The children actors have the be given credit too as they are great in this film. These kids are terrified of the haunting and you will feel their dread. I am so satisfied with this film generally people worry about horror sequels usually because they can turn out unsuccessful, but I am happy to report as a big fan of the first movie this is just as great.

MOVIE REVIEW: TITANIC

Everyone has a favourite movie. I would like to share about my favourite movie and I'll write a review about the movie. My favourite movie is Titanic.

Written and directed by James Cameron. A love story doomed by the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. Jack was an American starving artist who won a trip home on the Ship of Dreams to a lucky hand in poker. His luck unfortunately ran out on April 15, 1912 after colliding with an iceberg in the northern Mid-Atlantic. Four days before the unsinkable ship began to fill with ice cold sea water, Rose and Jack's love story began. Rose was suppose to marry her mother's pick of a fine gentlemen Cal Hockley, who was only attracted to Rose by her beauty and family fortune. Rose however felt she was in a crowded room screaming for help with no one to hear. Jack did hear her, with someone to finally listen, Rose couldn't deny her feelings for Jack anymore. Their love came to a new level, when Rose asked Jack to draw her like one of his "french girls" wearing only the rarest diamond, the Heart of the Ocean. A fun filled, romantic love affair between Jack and Rose couldn't be denied and Cal's pockets began to feel empty and he became jealous of Jack searching for a way to compromise Rose's love for Jack. The Titanic then collides with a large iceberg and begins to sink. As the ship lowers itself into the depths of the ocean, Jack and Rose must fight death of the freezing water and await a rescue ship. 84 years later Rose hears of the Titanic and the discovery of her drawing and meets with the explorers, her memories are where our story begins. The Titanic is a powerful story of survival, love and heroism. A love story that will never let go of the hearts of the people around the world.

MOVIE REVIEW : CJ7

          Everyone has a favorite movie. I want to share my favorite movie and I'll make a review for the movie. My favorite movie is CJ7 film originating from china but has made the whole country interested in this movie because of its teaching.

          The film tells the poor single father to have the patience and affection for his son, he is willing to work hard to pay his son's school fees. They live in a bad house but it is not an obstacle for him to give pleasure to his son, he is grateful for having a home to protect his son from hot and rainy weather.

          His son's name is dicky, he is a weak in the lesson but no one wants to befriend him, including his teacher because he is from a poor family. But there is a female teacher who often cares about dicky, dicky class friend comes from a rich man, one day his classmates bring games that expensive robots make dicky want to ask his father the same game as his classmate. Dicky's father is very dicky because he wants a game that is expensive until his dad winks dicky in the game store and makes dicky sad.

          with that incident his father felt regret for his actions because he had been harassing his son. On that night his father went to the dumpsite to find his belongings, even his father found something round-shaped like a ball and brought home to give to his son. Suddenly the ball became an animal, and Dicky had given the name CJ7. CJ7 is a stray animal from another planet better known as an alien. 

          Since CJ7 appeared to be a brilliant person in school and has changed the fate of his family because CJ7 has a very powerful power. One day CJ7 has died of exhaustion as it comes from different planets. Dicky feel very sad with the loss of CJ7 because Dicky can not succeed in the exam without CJ7 help. because of the incident Dicky worked hard to succeed in the exam and eventually became a clever and successful without the help of CJ7. Dicky is a great young scientist because Dicky has created various items. Dicky also managed to turn CJ7 back on and they continue to live happily together.

MOVIE REVIEW; 'I FINE... THANK YOU, ILOVE YOU'

In this sophisticated age, there were so many movies which has been issued by the famous director either in Malaysia or overseas. I will make some review about movie that i have watched.

The tittle of movie that i want to review is " I Fine...Thank You, I Love You". The movie was from Thailand. " I Fine... Thank You, I Love You" was director by Mez Tharatorn. The movie tells about a Japanese girl (Kaya) that dumped her Thai boyfriend (Yim) because he can't speak english. Yim determined to win Kaya's heart back and he quickly learn english with english teacher, Ms Pleng that Kaya's friend. At the same time, Yim was falling inlove with his english teacher but he didn't tell Ms Peng about his feelings.

In my opinion, this movie show us that we need to be confident when we learn something new. For example, Yim learn english language because he make better communication with his girlfriend (Kaya) and get a job follow her to the United States. It also teach us how to sacrifice for achieve what  we want. For example, Yim sacrifice to learn english language to get a better job at United States. 

Last but not least, I don't like this movie because the movie was not tell us what happen to Kaya and what actual Yim feel to  Ms Peng.  I like this movie because Yim really shows his effort to learn english language because to win her girlfriend back.

TOPIC 5 : MY IDOL

MY IDOL

Everyone has idol in their life and it can be inspiration on source to walk on our life. They inspire us with many ways for example from life style, behaviour, characteristic and etc. Idol is someone that you admire so much, maybe it can be a singer, an actor, a football player, or a model. For me, Hanis Zalikha has been my idol. Her full name is Hanis Zalikha Bt  Zainal Rashid. She is 27 years old. She got married with Hairul Azreen on 2015 and now they has a son that name Yusuf Iskandar Bin Hairul Azreen.

Hanis Zalikha received early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Selangor (1997), Sekolah Kebangsaan USJ 8 (1998) and Sekolah Kebangsaan Seafield (1999-2002). At the secondary level, she attend at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan USJ 4 (2003), Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seafield (2004-2006) and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Section 9 (2007). In 2012 she graduated with a Diploma in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Segamat, Johor.

Hanis Zalikha began venturing into the field of demonstration starting from her participated in an online reality television competition, Malaysian Dreamgirl in 2008. In 2010 she was ranked in the sixth place of the top 10 Fastest Rising People in Google Malaysian Charts Top. Additionally, she was ranked as the top 10 in Google Zeitgeist 2011.

Earlier 2015, she has started her shawl business by name the shawl with Cakenis which is stand for Keknis because her big fan call her Keknis. Last year, she has opened another business and the business is Lipstick business by name the lipstick with ShadeDough. In the course of business life, she also a model for both of her own business (Cakenis/ShadeDough)

I like her because she knows how to manage her life as a wife. I adore her so much because she got so many achievement when she was young.

Finally, one day i hope that i can be the one who like Hanis Zalikha, successful woman and has their own business in youth life. Last but not least, i pray that one day i will be a successful woman like Hanis Zalikha when the times comes.

MY IDOL

        Who is your idol? Almost everyone has their idols, including me, I also have my own favourite idol. That person whose qualifies I particular admire is Shila Amzah.

          I want to talk about my idol, Nurshahila Binti Amir Amzah or better known as Shila Amzah. She is a Malaysian singer, songwriter, musician, entertainer, actress and dancer. As the daughter of ND Lala, a famous Malaysian artist of the 1980s, music has always been part of her life since young. In 2008, she was the runner-up of the second season "One in a Million" and winner of the 10th Shanghai Asian New Singer Competition. In 2012, she became the Champion of the inaugural season of Asian Wave, a Chinese reality singing competition. Shila Amzah has been working really hard, she could manage to sing the award winning song – Let it go from a disney movie named Frozen. She starts to be very active in the year of 2000. 

         Shila Amzah made her appearance at the age of nine to ten years old when her father struggled to produce her recordings. At the time, no recording company wanted to take children to become recording artists. They did not want to take the risk, so her father came out with his own pocket money to produce the first album of Shila Amzah. Luckily, this slowly opened up the eyes of recording company owner and it gave an opportunity for Shila Amzah to sign on a contract with EMI.

         In my opinion, Shila is a very strong girl, she could manage to sing well in such a young age. She is my role model.

MY IDOL

Do you remember the first time you saw your favorite star? I have been a fan of singer Taylor Swift for over three years. Everything seems better when I listen to her songs.

    Swift, born in America in 1989, currently plays a very important role in American music. No one would have believed that this small town girl would become a worldwide phenomenon. Swift first became famous as a top country music singer. Now, she is so well-known that everyone wants to know how she became famous. Few people know she struggled before she succeeded.

    Unlike Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga or many other singers, Swift was famous for country music first. Her success came at a high price. She has been writing songs since she was 13 years old. She was trying hard to make her dream come true while other children of her age were playing, dating and having fun at parties. She was repelled by her classmates at that time, so she expressed her thoughts by singing them. That’s why so many people identify with her songs and they quickly spread around the world.

    Many fans have been attracted by both her songs and personality. Her story encourages you never to lose yourself when you’re in trouble. To make your dream come true is the best way to prove yourself.

    She has transformed from country singer to pop singer. “Shake It Off” is very different from her previous songs. I like that she carries her favorite guitar and sings her favorite songs in the middle of the stage quietly.

   We're growing, and so has Swift. Her singing style changed. I hope Swift will have an even better future.

MY IDOL

Ariana Grande-Butera is an American singer-songwriter and actress born in Florida on the 26th of June. In March 2013, Ariana Grande reached success after The Way from her studio album Yours Truly became a top ten hit.
Ariana is a very popular singer and actress. She is know because of her role in a popular tv-show but when she got famous for her singing abilities, was when she reached succes after she recorded The Way. She is a popstar because she has a very good and pure voice. That is also something that makes her very unique because not everyone has such a good voice.

She does not have a connection with pop art, she is a pop artist but she doesn’t have anything to do with pop art. She became a famous singer when she first debuted with her song The Way. Before she became famous she starred in a musical 13 and played in a famous tv show.
I honestly don’t think that that her music has changed the world. However, she does have a lot of fans all around the world but to say that she has changed the world is a bit over exaggerated.

Some of her most famous songs are Popular Song by Mika and Ariana Grande, The Way and Problem. These three songs have been top charts, that is why I think these songs are her most famous ones and the most known and liked ones.

Personally, I really like her songs Problem and The Way. The songs have a good rhythm and you remember them very easily.
My conclusion is that Ariana Grande is a great singer, songwriter and actress. She has a good voice and makes nice songs that people (including me) enjoy to listen to. I do not think that she changed the world just because there are a lot of singers that do the same thing as her, so she does not really stand out.

TOPIC 4 : WHAT WE HAVE FOUND AROUND US

a. Situation:

   At the Hostel Cafe

b. Observation:

1) Place the dirty dishes in the provided area. 

2) There are a few people doing group assignment. 

3) A group of students spoke very loud.

4) The balance at the payment counter is not enough.

5) Not que while taking food.

6) Having a movie night.

7) There is a stall that sells Uncle Bob.

8) Once a month has a show such as silat and taekwando.

                           

c. Discussion and conclusion: 

1) There are some students who do not put dirty plates in the provided place,         so we as a responsible student should give co-operation to the cafe to               facilitate their work.

2) With the hostel's cafe, it can make it easier for students to work in groups         and at the same time can also make it easier for students to order food at a       cafe. In this way, it can save students time to do their assignment work.

3) There is a group of students talking with a strong tone that interferes with         other students to make a discussion.

4) Sometimes when a student gives big money to the counter, it will cause             the student to not be able to return the balance because the money is not         enough. Therefore, students should provide enough money to avoid the             problem.

5) Each student must line up in line when taking food so as not to cause fights       that will cause spilled food.

6) Every week the hostel will release a free movie to students such as 3 idiots,       baby boss and others. In this way, it can strengthen relationships between          students.

7) There is a small kiosk next to the cafe selling fried chicken that is very                much loved by college students because it is very affordable.

8) Once a month the organizers like the silat and taekwondo association club          will perform their performances at the cafe square. With this kind of                  performance, it is able to share their talents and at the same time can also        attract students to participate in the program.

TOPIC 3 : MY HOMETOWN

          Home town is the town where one was born or grew up. Everyone has its own hometown. So I want to share a bit about my hometown. My father hometown is located at Kg Medong Dalat Sarawak. Sarawak is my hometown and i proud of it. The scenery, languages, historic sites and a variety of food.

          In my hometown there are various kinds of religions such as Islam, Christian and Buddha. Although different religions are not a barrier for them to unite as they respect each other. Every festive days such as eid mubarak for Islam, christmast for non-religious Islam, but they celebrate together.To be able to enjoy the atmosphere of the village and to strengthen the relationship between neighbors. My hometown is located far away from town because my hometown is located in the deep palm-lined palm and river. Because of my hometown away from town there are some residents opening a grocery store in their own homes to facilitate people who need shopping for cooking and so on.

          Every evening there are various activities held for the residents to further strengthen the relationship between neighbors. Such activities include fishing, kayaking, afternoon tea and children bathing in the river with parental supervision. Most of the children in the village can swim because their parents teach them to swim. My hometown is near the river so I often see neighbors do the activity. This makes me excited with the villagers in having a good relationship.

          However, sarawak is famous for its various types of foods such as kek lapis, mee kolok, laksa sarawak, midin goreng, ayam pansuh, umai and many type of food in sarawak. The food available in sarawak is difficult to find in the peninsular Malaysia. The food available in sarawak has attracted many tourists to try to eat the famous food in sarawak. Most permanent residents in Sarawak do not eat spicy food.

          Everyone has their own hometown that can be shared, so I share a little bit about my hometown. For me the hometown is more comfortable in urban areas because in the hometown there are many natural green plants and provide fresh air, while the city is difficult to see green plants and even surround the building and provide less fresh air as many of the manufacturing industries Releasing unpleasant smoke.

 MY HOMETOWN

Everyone  has that they call home which mean hometown. We love it because it makes us feel so good when we get back there. We can reminisce over the memories, the good time we spent with our big family there, how the people live there& the landscape of the hometown.

 Let's start with my lovely and only hometown. My hometown is at Penang. Penang is belong's to my mother hometown were she grew up with my grandmother. During the Hari Raya, my family will celebrate Hari Raya at my mother's hometown. My hometown is located far away from town which is take about 30 minutes to arrive the town. The town that place where people can get their stuff such as grocery and souvenir. In addition, my hometown also located far away  from the island and it take about  45 to arrive the island.

A town cannot exist without the people. People at there live with make some job such as harvesting paddy, plowing and fishing. Sometimes, the neighbour make some activities to improve the relationship between the village people.Therefore, this activities make the village people live together without racist each other.

The things that make i love my hometown is infront of the home village yard, there is paddy field and the environment make me so cool and calm with nature beauty. Beside, about a few kilometres away there is located an island which allows fisherman fishing, In addition the air the my hometown more fresh. Last but not least, this hometown should be a valuable things to youth  bacause the paddy is source for us to survive. Furthermore, the island should be appreciated to fisherman catch the fish for eat. The teenagers this time should be appreiated and take care the beauty of nature's.

          Hometown or home town is the city or town where one grew up. Everyone has their own hometown. So I would like to share to everyone about my lovely hometown. 

 

           I only have one hometown that is my father's hometown at Taman Mastiara, Kuala Lumpur. My mother's hometown is here at Kampung Batu Muda, Kuala Lumpur since i was born because my grandmother just have 2 daughter that is my Maklong and my mother. Just because my Maklong is past away so my grandmother stay with my family at my house. My father's hometown is nearest in my house. Its just take 3 minutes to arrive there. Almost every week if i have time i will going back to my hometown.

         

          Things that make i love my hometown is the environment is so comfortable and make me always splendid in here. I love everything belongs my hometown where i was born and grew up in 18 years. Futhermore, my hometown is close to the Taman Metropolitan Batu. That place is very famous because it is very suitable for jogging and have a good time with family.

          

            Every year during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Raya Haji, my family will celebrate Hari Raya at my father's hometown. The best part is we dont have to face the jammed on the road and rushing back to the hometown. As usual, my family will going back to hometown on first day of raya. After that, its more fun because everytime the Hari Raya day all my father's family members will be enough because they all are live close to my grandmother's house.

 

                When we all going back to hometown, my grandmother will cook our favourite dishes for us like capati, paratha, dalca and ayam masak merah. In the evening also, the usual things is my grandmother will do 'chai' for us. Chai is the word in Pakistan that is tea. Chai is our favourite drink.

MY HOMETOWN

Everyone has their own hometown. So today I want to tell you guys that I have two hometown which is on my mother side at Melaka and the other one is on my father side at Johor. So today I would like to share about my experience when I was in my mother's hometown. First thing that I would like to do is eat my grandmother's dish. My favourite food of my grandmother's dishes are sambal telur, sambal udang and asam pedas.

         My hometown has a very small population and the people are very friendly. Normally in the evening my grandmother would like to make a "Jemput jemput" for our hi-tea. Otherwise, I love the weather because it can make me feel so peaceful so that I can relaxing my mind.                                         

            It also has a small city centre or down town are and you can find many shops and restaurants. For example, sea food restaurants supermarkets. Further more, my hometown is a coastal town as a results, there are many boats and ships called dhows made by a small traditional wooden ship factor. In addition there are many fishermen arround so you can eat many kinds of cheap fish. Its very hot in the summer and warm in the winter

         Business is the distribution and exchange of all the surplus goods produced in the fields, seas forest and factories of the earth so that they reach the final consumer in the right place and the right price. Her first Product is AuraWhite Collagen and has 25 branches including in Indonesia, Thailand, Arab and Dubai. Other than cosmetic product there are also other product such as supplement. Before she start the business, Datin Furyna had worked with her mother and her friend in the spa and saloon business. Datin Furyna has been recognized as Super Health Brand Asia Pacific and Health Ambassador Asia Pacific. Datin Furyna always dress fancy and friendly. At the same time, she also makes some artists as a model to promote her products such as Amyra Rosli, Izzue Islam and Ayda Jebat. In addition, she promote her products at social media such as instagram and facebook, thats why her business is getting better. She kind enough to spons0r any Astro programmed, such as like Duo Star. 

          Personally we think that between these two inspiring persons, majority of us will choose Vivy Yusof. This goes same as well as us. Her products is well-known around the globe. She inspire us, the young teens and proves us that we can also be a successful entrepreneur one day just like her.   

TOPIC 1 : MY FAVOURITE FOOD

          Now i would like to share about my favourite food. Among the numerous kind of dish, my favourite dish is “masak lemak cili api”. The local dialec is “masak lomak lado api” which means hot and spicy rich yellow coconut gravy cooked with bird’s eyes chillies. Masak lemak cili api is the most pupulor native dish of Negeri Sembilan. Negeri sembilan is located between Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. Dish of masak lemak cili api can be served whether with chicken, beef, quail, diffrent types of fishes, seafood like prawns, crabs, cockles sea snails, and vegetable such as mushroom, cassava leaves, and young peneapples.

          I really love masak lemak cili api becouse i like to eat hot and spicy food. Masak lemak cili api is traditional food of our country nowadays. For me traditonal food always better than wastern food. The special things about our traditional food is that we cannot found in anywhere only in Malaysia.

          As the conclusion, i hope after this there will be a lot people love and enjoyed when eat “Masak Lemak Cili Api.

          Through out the world, there are thousands foods to choose from. Everyone has their own favourite food. One of my favourite food is Nasi Kerabu. As we know, Nasi Kerabu is one of the classic dishes of Kelantan. There's 2 popular variation which is Nasi Ulam  on the northwest Peninsular Malaysia and Nasi Kerabu on the northeast Peninsular Malaysia, in state of Kelantan and Terengganu. Nasi Kerabu we can put as a healthy dish because requires some herbs and vegetables. It also mixture of coconut flaked fish, and coconut sauce. Besides the most common Blue rice, there's other variation of the rice served- plain white rice, yellow (with turmeric) and grey (from mengkudu). The blue colour of rice results froem cooking in the butterfly- pea flowers (bunga telang). With the basic Nasi Kerabu, it can be served with Prawn Crackers, Boiled Salted Egg, Fish Stuffed Chili, Turmeric Fried Fish, Grilled Beef and Fried Chicken.

          I really love Nasi Kerabu beacuse  Nasi Kerabu is different than other Nasi, we can eat Nasi Kerabu with coconut flaked or coconut sauce which is make the Nasi Kerabu taste so good. My favourite place when eat Nasi Kerabu is at Restoran Nasi Kerabu Keramat. Me and my family will go to the restaurant  when we have free time.

          As the conclusion, maybe you'd like to try Nasi Kerabu and you can find the Nasi Kerabu at some place that state in Kuala Lumpur. You also can try Nasi Kerabu other than Blue rice colour and you can choose whetheryou want to eat Nasi Kerabu with chicken or with "ikan goreng".

         I would like to share about my favourite food. My favourite food is Laksa. Laksa is one of the most popular Malaysian dishes and it is one of my favourite dishes. There are two basic types of laksa such as curry laksa and asam laksa. Curry laksa is a coconut curry soup with noodles, while asam laksa is a sour fish soup with noodles.
             My most favourite food is Penang Asam Laksa because very addictive due to the spicy and sour taste of the fish broth. The main ingredients for asam laksa include shredded fish, normally small mackerel fish, and finely sliced vegetables including cucumber, onions, red chillies, pineapple, lettuce, common mint, daun kesum and pink torch ginger. Asam laksa is normally served with either thick rice noodles or thin rice noodles. And topped off with petis udang , a thick sweet prawn/shrimp paste. Asam Laksa is a perfect food to have on an extremely cold day since it can be easily digested. This dish is usually served in a bowl, and it is aromatic and also very tasty.
             Then, I like Laksa because my mother's asam laksa is so delicious and so hot and spicy. No one can beat my mother's asam laksa.
           As the conclusion, maybe you can try Penang Asam Laksa because the taste is so delicious. You can also try the others laksa such as curry laksa, laksa sarawak, seafood laksa and others.

   Today I would like to share my favourite food which is Tom Yam. Tom Yam is a type of hot and sour Thai Soup. The words "tom yam" are derived from two Thai words. Tom refers to the boiling process, while yam refers to a Thai spicy and sour salad. Indeed, tom yam is characterised by its distinct hot and sour flavours, with fragrant spices and herbs generously used in the broth. The basic broth is made of stock and fresh ingredients such as lemongrass, galangal, lime juice, fish sauce and crushed chili peppers. Tom Yum originated in Thailand.     

   One of the reason why I choose tom yam as my favourite food because the taste of the soup is tasty and I love spicy food. As we know, there are many people who loves to eat tom yam. 

                 As the conclusion, you must try to eat tom yam because the taste is very delicious. Normally we can get tom yam soup in thai restaurant. We also can choose either we want seafood or mix such as chicken and meat.
