TOPIC 1 : MY FAVOURITE FOOD



          Now i would like to share about my favourite food. Among the numerous kind of dish, my favourite dish is “masak lemak cili api”. The local dialec is “masak lomak lado api” which means hot and spicy rich yellow coconut gravy cooked with bird’s eyes chillies. Masak lemak cili api is the most pupulor native dish of Negeri Sembilan. Negeri sembilan is located between Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. Dish of masak lemak cili api can be served whether with chicken, beef, quail, diffrent types of fishes, seafood like prawns, crabs, cockles sea snails, and vegetable such as mushroom, cassava leaves, and young peneapples.
          I really love masak lemak cili api becouse i like to eat hot and spicy food. Masak lemak cili api is traditional food of our country nowadays. For me traditonal food always better than wastern food. The special things about our traditional food is that we cannot found in anywhere only in Malaysia.
          As the conclusion, i hope after this there will be a lot people love and enjoyed when eat “Masak Lemak Cili Api.

          Through out the world, there are thousands foods to choose from. Everyone has their own favourite food. One of my favourite food is Nasi Kerabu. As we know, Nasi Kerabu is one of the classic dishes of Kelantan. There's 2 popular variation which is Nasi Ulam  on the northwest Peninsular Malaysia and Nasi Kerabu on the northeast Peninsular Malaysia, in state of Kelantan and Terengganu. Nasi Kerabu we can put as a healthy dish because requires some herbs and vegetables. It also mixture of coconut flaked fish, and coconut sauce. Besides the most common Blue rice, there's other variation of the rice served- plain white rice, yellow (with turmeric) and grey (from mengkudu). The blue colour of rice results froem cooking in the butterfly- pea flowers (bunga telang). With the basic Nasi Kerabu, it can be served with Prawn Crackers, Boiled Salted Egg, Fish Stuffed Chili, Turmeric Fried Fish, Grilled Beef and Fried Chicken.
          I really love Nasi Kerabu beacuse  Nasi Kerabu is different than other Nasi, we can eat Nasi Kerabu with coconut flaked or coconut sauce which is make the Nasi Kerabu taste so good. My favourite place when eat Nasi Kerabu is at Restoran Nasi Kerabu Keramat. Me and my family will go to the restaurant  when we have free time.
          As the conclusion, maybe you'd like to try Nasi Kerabu and you can find the Nasi Kerabu at some place that state in Kuala Lumpur. You also can try Nasi Kerabu other than Blue rice colour and you can choose whetheryou want to eat Nasi Kerabu with chicken or with "ikan goreng".

         I would like to share about my favourite food. My favourite food is Laksa. Laksa is one of the most popular Malaysian dishes and it is one of my favourite dishes. There are two basic types of laksa such as curry laksa and asam laksa. Curry laksa is a coconut curry soup with noodles, while asam laksa is a sour fish soup with noodles.
             My most favourite food is Penang Asam Laksa because very addictive due to the spicy and sour taste of the fish broth. The main ingredients for asam laksa include shredded fish, normally small mackerel fish, and finely sliced vegetables including cucumber, onions, red chillies, pineapple, lettuce, common mint, daun kesum and pink torch ginger. Asam laksa is normally served with either thick rice noodles or thin rice noodles. And topped off with petis udang , a thick sweet prawn/shrimp paste. Asam Laksa is a perfect food to have on an extremely cold day since it can be easily digested. This dish is usually served in a bowl, and it is aromatic and also very tasty.
             Then, I like Laksa because my mother's asam laksa is so delicious and so hot and spicy. No one can beat my mother's asam laksa.
           As the conclusion, maybe you can try Penang Asam Laksa because the taste is so delicious. You can also try the others laksa such as curry laksa, laksa sarawak, seafood laksa and others.

   Today I would like to share my favourite food which is Tom Yam. Tom Yam is a type of hot and sour Thai Soup. The words "tom yam" are derived from two Thai words. Tom refers to the boiling process, while yam refers to a Thai spicy and sour salad. Indeed, tom yam is characterised by its distinct hot and sour flavours, with fragrant spices and herbs generously used in the broth. The basic broth is made of stock and fresh ingredients such as lemongrass, galangal, lime juice, fish sauce and crushed chili peppers. Tom Yum originated in Thailand.     

   One of the reason why I choose tom yam as my favourite food because the taste of the soup is tasty and I love spicy food. As we know, there are many people who loves to eat tom yam. 

                 As the conclusion, you must try to eat tom yam because the taste is very delicious. Normally we can get tom yam soup in thai restaurant. We also can choose either we want seafood or mix such as chicken and meat.
